Contentious Character is a cool-climate vineyard, winery, cellar door and kitchen, set in the hills of Wamboin, 30km east of Canberra. The Half or Full Monty wine tasting experience (five wines or 10) began when they made their Founders Museum Collection of Old World aged vintages available for tasting, along with recent New World vintages, made by Contentious Character, with their provocative labels. This experience compares old and new within each variety. It encourages a fun and informative wine experience for any wine tourist, experienced or not.
