Millbrook Winery

PERTH HILLS, WESTERN AUSTRALIA

Millbrook is a multi-award-winning boutique winery and Two-Hat restaurant in the historic town of Jarrahdale in the Perth Hills. It is on the picturesque Chestnut Farm, which backs on to the Serpentine River, nestled among jarrah forests. The site’s origins date back to 1865, when an orchard and the first grapevines were planted to provide fruit to local timber millers. In 1996, Peter and Lee Fogarty bought the property. Millbrook now includes a modern winemaking facility incorporating barrel halls, tasting room and restaurant.
