2019 HOLLICK ESTATES THE NECTAR COONAWARRA

Mid gold hue; heady, with saffron poached pears in honey syrup and sprinkled with fresh herbs and spices. The palate is soft, easy and unctuous, with dabs of orange marmalade and fresh lemon. The riesling’s acidity coats the sweetness, allowing botrytis flavours to shine. A lovely, gorgeous and complete wine. 375ml bottle. JF 10.5% alc.
