The heady aromatics, all floral and citrus, are in sync with the palate. It’s a lovely combo, with citrussy tang to the acidity, a wonderful slippery texture and all the flavours that Watervale can produce. Lemons and limes, stony with a touch of spice and pleasing to the last drop. JF 12% alc.
