2020 ZILZIE PLATINUM EDITION ARINTO

This is a terrific rendition. Pressings fermented in older barrels, free-run juice into stainless steel, then partial transfer to barrel and left on lees to build texture. Spicy, juicy pears, lemon juice, and grated Granny Smith apples. Excellent length, with fine, chalky acidity and grapefruit pith phenolics. It’s crisp, very dry and deliciously good. JF 14% alc.
