2020 LEOGATE ESTATE BROKENBACK VINEYARD HUNTER VALLEY PINOT GRIS

A mottled onion skin hue suggesting minimal messing with. A slurry of Granny Smith apple, nashi pear granita and jasmine. Medium-bodied, gently chewy and expansive, defying the challenges of the vintage by virtue of the plush palate and phenolic rail, absorbent of the smoky riff, rather than defiant of it. A highly versatile wine and delicious drink. NG 13% alc.
