2019 SIDEWOOD ESTATE OBERLIN ADELAIDE HILLS PINOT NOIR

One of three 3 single-clone pinots in this range. 100% whole bunches and wild ferment. Alluring crimson colours in the glass, sophisticated cherry aromas that want to be swallowed up by the stems. Starts out a little reserved but builds on the palate with real power and depth. Dark cherry and raspberry notes in abundance, with layers and layers unfolding in the bottle for hours. Totally engaging. TL 13.5% alc.
