2018 MISTLETOE GRAND RESERVE HUNTER VALLEY SHIRAZ

Crushed, destemmed, open-fermented, matured for 16 months in new and used French oak. Another very good vintage, the picking decision spot on, leaving a skein of freshness running through the perfectly balanced, medium-bodied palate. Blackberry, plum and a regional whisper of earth provide all the flavour one could wish for, the tannins lining up in measured support. JH 13.5% alc.
