We are small-batch, ‘lo-fi’ winemakers, embracing natural ferments, minimal adjustments in the winery, gentle handling and emerging varieties. We’re hands-on in terms of the grunt work, but take a hands-off approach to the science of winemaking, using little or no inputs and employing traditional processes. It’s an old-school approach yet with a modern flare for creativity and adventure.
Being acknowledged by the team as a five-star winery with a very strong range across the board has warmed us immensely. Other highlights arrive every day when we see and hear the enjoyment our wines offer to both our customers and wine trade.
