Contentious Character is a contemporary winery, cellar door and restaurant in the hills of Wamboin, 15 minutes from Canberra airport. As a boutique producer, wines span across the Founders Museum Collection of limited edition vintages to more recent releases with younger fresher styles. The restaurant serves seasonal, local food (and beautiful views) blending Italian and Australian cuisine, designed to complement their cool-climate wines.
