Highland Heritage vineyard and cellar door is a coolclimate vineyard, 890m above sea level. It is now a fourthgeneration family business established in 1985 by the Daquinos, who had made wine in Orange since 1946. The vineyard is planted with chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon blanc, merlot, riesling, shiraz, prosecco and cabernet franc. Harvest of our grapes usually starts in mid- to lateMarch to late April.
