Tahbilk is Victoria’s oldest family-owned winery and vineyard, nestled among backwaters of the Tahbilk Wetlands, specialising in marsanne and shiraz. Tahbilk takes a tread-lightly approach to vineyard management. It is 100 per cent carbon-neutral, committing to restoring the environmental balance once known by the Taungurung people, who gave it the name ‘tabilk-tabilk’ meaning place of many water holes.
