GOULBURN VALLEY, CENTRAL VICTORIA

Living in the Dookie district for several generations, the Tallis family’s wine journey began in 1997, running alongside traditional farming enterprises including wheat, canola and sheep. The 60-acre vineyard includes shiraz, viognier, riesling, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, grenache, sangiovese, nebbiolo, barbera and, most recently, boğazkere – an Australian first.
