A nicely captured, pristine chardonnay with a compact citrusy nose, grapefruit and nectarine with added barrelferment mealy complexity. Oak is integrated and taut throughout, finishing with a mango-skin tang. JP 13% alc.

While this wine is drinking superbly upon release as a two-year-old wine, it will develop fantastic depth and complexity after a few more. Moving from white stone fruits into yellow, the palate weight builds with texture becoming creamier, and hazelnut characters become evident. Drink between five to 10 years to catch it at its best.
