The Surveyor is an incredible example of our cabernet sauvignon, a cool-climate flagship wine with great depth and concentration that will age elegantly over many years. The 2019 vintage displays primary fruit and clear, bright oak – over time, the wine will grow in complexity and depth of flavour. Best drinking is 2029–2034.
