Characters of freshly squeezed lime juice, Christmas lily, Bickford’s lime cordial and grapefruit with wafts of crushed quartz, green apple and a wisp of cut fennel. Stony, pure and true, with a lovely porcelain acid drive and focussed limey exit. DB 12.5% alc.

Sourced from Mountadam’s Western High Eden vineyard planted in 1968 sitting at 550 metres above sea level, this riesling was made with only free-run juice expressing powerful lime and grapefruit pith flavours with fine acid drive and steely minerality making it the ideal wine to enjoy rain, hail or shine. A perfect pairing with food in winter, or by itself on a hot summer’s day.
