An attractive onion-skin hue suggesting that the wine has not been overly messed with. The aromas, indicative of earlier harvesting: nashi pear, green apple, sugar snap pea and white pepper. A waft of gentle sweetness and phenolic chew mitigate any overt greenness while playing a card of diversity at the table. NG 12.5% alc.

The Tatler 2021 Pinot Gris is a stunning amber wine from Australia’s highest altitude wine region, Orange NSW. Mellow notes of rockmelon and white stone fruit combine with a crisp acidity, finished with an elegant silky texture. A stunning wine that pairs beautifully with lobster, sashimi and shellfish.
