Fermented in mix of stainless steel tank and seasoned French barriques with both wild and cultured yeasts. Striking exotic, complex aromas: spiced apple, white peach, mango, talc and musk. The soft, gentle mouthfeel is a feature, together with a delicious spiciness before finishing clean. Easy to love. JP 13% alc.
What is special/unique about this wine?
No ordinary pinot gris, this wine is distinct from any grigio out in the marketplace. Made using gentle winemaking methods including extended lees contact, and a portion wildfermented in oak, the palate is unique, with amazing mouthfeel through to finish.
