Whole-bunch pressed, wild ferment in barrel, regular bâtonnage, matured for 9 months. This is intense. The oak, the fruit and the acid are all dialled up, yet they are in balance. The ripe fruit, courtesy of the 2020 vintage, speaks of yellow peaches, cashews, nougat, Turkish apricots, red apples and nectarines. The acidity that courses through the wine is salty and bright, further punctuating the satisfying fruit concentration. EL 13.8% alc.

What makes this wine perfect for drinking all year round?

Whatever the season, the trick is to not drink this wine too cold. Its almond nuttiness and succulent white fruit flavours open up and take the enjoyment of this wine to a new level at the right temperature. To take it even further, decant this wine to allow it to breathe and release the natural aromatics.
