Acidity is in the driver’s seat, racy and fresh, but also keeping the palate very tight and lean. It feels as if more flavour is needed to bolster the palate. That might come about in time. JF 12.5% alc.
What is special about this wine?
A fantastic blend from Handpicked’s flagship Capella vineyard and select Mornington Peninsula vineyards. Seemingly delicate yet offering great concentration, its texture and slightly creamy finish is a result of fermentation and maturation in select French oak barrels.
