Hand picked from a south-facing block. Fermented wild before raising in French wood across high-quality French oak (25% new). A fine nose, alluding to tension and refinement: white peach, cashew and nougatine. The oak, impeccably slotted. The tail, long, vibrant and detailed, inflected with porcini, orange blossom and almond meal. Lovely drinking. NG 13.1% alc.
