A portion was fermented and matured on lees in oak barrels. Frisky, fresh and citrus zesty, you don’t see a lot of fiano from this part of the world but it works very well. Citrus, wild herb notes and spiced apple provide lift.The palate is crisp, even and juicy, with developing mealy texture and citrus zing to finish. JP 12.8% alc.

What is special about this wine?

We produced this wine from Langhorne Creek grapes off the back of the Cudlee Creek Bushfires and, boy, did it deliver. Having earned its place on ‘The Block’ with a number of awards and accolades, it’s an intriguing fiano that’s not to be missed.
