Sourced from the Syme On Yarra vineyard near Seville. Semi-carbonic maceration with destemmed fruit, whole-berry fermented. Coming out of its shell and in possession of the most alluring perfume in cherry, redcurrant, musk and pomegranate. A touch of spice brightens, while the sinewy tannins drive the wine with energy and elan. JP 13% alc.

Tell us something interesting about this wine? Despite having worked in Victoria for well over a decade, this is the first time we’ve made Yarra Valley pinot noir – an opportunity we pursued keenly after we lost our Beechworth harvest to smoke taint. This parcel was kindly allocated to us by our friend, vigneron Stuart Proud.
