Plenty of changes over the years for the Print label. Fruit sourcing is now from Heathcote (a good move) and the bottle is bigger and heavier than ever (reasoning for this is less clear). Plush, deep and concentrated, it brings Heathcote shiraz into the limelight, dressing it discreetly in oak and allowing its natural power and elegance to shine. One for the cellar. JP 14.8% alc.

Tell us something interesting about this wine? Print Shiraz represents the pinnacle of Mitchelton winemaking. Print Shiraz uses fruit from hand-selected sections of low yield blocks from each vintage in a blend that is carefully assembled to demonstrate restrained power, complexity, and unquestionable pedigree. The wine is concentrated, full bodied, with ripe fruits, judicious use of oak, firm and grippy tannins for extended cellaring.
