Passing Clouds
MACEDON RANGES, VICTORIA
Passing Clouds has been making wine since 1974, when co-founders Graeme Leith and Sue Mackinnon tirelessly handplanted their central Victorian Bendigo vineyard. Now under the watch of Cameron Leith, there is a focus on pinot noir and chardonnay from their home in the Macedon Ranges, which is farmed using regenerative agricultural and biodynamic principles.
What are your highlights of the past year? Chardonnay and pinot noir produced from our Estate vineyard this year display elegance and beautiful structure. The Bendigo vineyards have once again produced expressive and elegant reds including shiraz, cabernet and blends.
How should we enjoy these wines this season? Our featured wines should be enjoyed with family and friends with meals that encourage people to share food, wine and stories around the table.
