Hand-crafted by fifth and sixth generation father and son winemakers, Simon and Will Gilbert, Gilbert wines are cool-climate wines of structure, elegance, and purity, sourced from Mudgee, Orange, and Eden Valley. The Cellar by Gilbert, the stunning sandstone building located just on the edge of town in Mudgee, is the warm and welcoming heart of Gilbert wines.

How should we enjoy these wines this season? Our cool-climate wines match perfectly with food, family and good friends. Try the 2016 Blanc de Blancs with freshly shucked oysters, the 2021 Rosé with your summer grazing boards, and the 2017 Shiraz with chargrilled steak and Mediterranean vegetables.

What wine are you most excited about? We are very excited at how the 2022 Gilbert Blanc de Noirs is developing. Single vineyard, high altitude, amphora and old neutral barrel. It will rest in bottle on lees for the next few years until it is market ready. Watch this space!
