Byron & Harold is a Margaret River and Great Southern winery established in 2012. With more than a lifetime of combined experience in the Australian wine trade, Paul Byron and Harold Ralph Dunning produce a focused range of high quality, provenance-based wines.

How should we enjoy these wines this season? All our wines are made to be enjoyed with food – enjoy our cabernet sauvignon with roast lamb and mint sauce, our shiraz with a wagyu steak and mushroom pie, and our chardonnay with King George whiting meunière.

What wine are you most excited about? We’re excited about the upcoming December release of our The Partners Riesling 2022. It shows great fruit intensity and purity, beautiful floral notes, and a lemon acid backbone.
