CURIOUS AT WORK?
A 2018 paper published in the Harvard Business Review revealed that curiosity can be a real benefit in the workplace. It stated that natural curiosity was associated with better job performance, as evaluated by the employees’ bosses. For example, curious employees were said to ask more questions of their colleagues, which helped them in their jobs. Having curious employees was also said to result in fewer decisionmaking errors, more innovation, reduced conflict, more open communication and better team performance.
