If you want to get some HIIPA into your life, try these suggestions;
• Take public transport and walk to the bus stop or train station. This will increase your step count.
• Use the stairs whenever possible (if you’re going to level 20, get out of the lift at level 18 and walk the rest of the way).
• Challenge your kids (or grandkids) to a dance-off or game of catch.
• Park a couple of blocks away from your destination.
