Emirates cabin crew member Jeeye Kang has emerged as the airline’s Biggest Foodie, with her recipe – Tofu Royale – winning an employee-wide competitio­n. It will now be served in first class this year. Kang’s dish pays homage to her homeland of Korea, combining tofu, chicken, and morel mushrooms. It will be served with dakjuk – a Korean porridge.
