Emirates cabin crew member Jeeye Kang has emerged as the airline’s Biggest Foodie, with her recipe – Tofu Royale – winning an employee-wide competition. It will now be served in first class this year. Kang’s dish pays homage to her homeland of Korea, combining tofu, chicken, and morel mushrooms. It will be served with dakjuk – a Korean porridge.
