As the name suggests, Beefbar focuses on serving the best cuts of beef from all around the world. Launched in Monaco in 2005 by Riccardo Giraudi – the son of a European meat trader – the concept has proven to be so successful that Beefbar has since opened in many other locations, including Hong Kong, Cannes, Mexico, Mykonos, Dubai, Budapest and, most recently, Paris (pictured). Not only famed for their delicious meat, the Beefbars are also known for their polished and elegant interiors. For the new Paris establishm­ent, architects Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet have restored an Art Nouveau building in the 8th arrondisse­ment, which was once a Langham hotel before it was walled up in World War II. With amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, the restaurant features a marbled meat cellar, ornate wall panels and red velvet dining chairs. beefbar.com
