Baia Di Vino, a recently opened restaurant in Melbourne’s Sandringham, offers a true taste of the Mediterranean. A partnership between owners Anthony Silvestre, Frank Ciorciari and Gian Chiaravalle, the team intends to offer oldschool hospitality and a menu that sings of modern European dining with a nod to the venue’s seaside location.
