He credits Color WOW’s Dream Coat products as the master tools of his trade, including styling spray Color WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray ($57). It protects your hair against humidity and frizz, while creating a sleek finish. He has three tips for using the spray.

• After washing hair, saturate your hair with Dream Coat. You may feel like towel-drying after spraying the product in your hair but don’t, even if it’s dripping.

• As Dream Coat is heat activated, gently blow-dry first on a low power setting. Then use high temperature to dry the product into hair before picking up a hair brush to create tension when blow-drying section by section.

• You can then use your straight iron to lock in sealant.
