Never Never Distilling Co. has opened its distillery door in one of the most picturesque parts of McLaren Vale, South Australia. The new launch is part of the Chalk Hill Collective, a collaborative offering that also features the Chalk Hill Wines Cellar Door and Vera Pizza Oztalia (VPO), a casual food offering from the operators of McLaren Vale’s Pizzateca. It promises to add another impressive chapter to McLaren Vale’s ever-expanding hospitality offering. “A distillery named Never Never belongs beneath the stars,” says Tim Boast, Head Distiller at Never Never Distilling Co. “McLaren Vale is such an incredible region.
