The Gemtree Uncut Shiraz has bright fruit flavours with fine tannins.

The Paxton Pollinator Shiraz 2017

($27) A full-bodied wine from South Australia’s McLaren Vale, the Paxton Pollinator Shiraz has a primary fruit character of sour cherry and Empress plums. Establishe­d in 1979, Paxton is a family owned and run wine company that manages the vineyards biodynamic­ally.

Zonte’s Footstep Organic Rosé 2019

Grown in South Australia’s Finniss River subregion of the Fleurieu Peninsula, this vineyard produces organic fruit with rich varietal flavours, whilst retaining good acidity and ripe tannins. With aromas of blackcurra­nt and red grapefruit, the rosé is crisp and refreshing.
