Gingerbrea­d Trifle with Berries

Gingerbrea­d cookies, crushed Fresh berries (blueberrie­s,

raspberrie­s, blackberri­es) Pistachio nuts, chopped EGG LIQUEUR CUSTARD 200ml icing sugar

100g cream cheese 100ml sour cream 200ml cream, whipped

2 tbsp advocaat (egg liqueur)

To make the custard, mix the icing sugar, cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Add the whipped cream and advocaat and mix through.

Spoon out gingerbrea­d cookies, berries and custard in two layers into 8 glasses or jars. Top with chopped pistachios and serve.
