KEBAB SENSATIONS

When the weather gets warmer, don’t fill up on sugary sweet drinks and ice blocks. Instead, serve your friends and family this delicious homemade iced tea and fruity popsicles sweetened with our favourite Lakanto products.

-

There’s something for every taste with chicken, pork, prawns, steak and more for your shish kebab creations.

Healthy and delicious. Can you have both? At Lakanto, the answer is ‘yes’. For some of us, it can be a tireless search to balance these two areas, particular over the holiday period with so many visitors and occasions.

Lakanto has two refreshing summer-y recipes that have no added sugar to make sure you feel amazing, yet indulged.

Store-bought iced tea is often full of added sugar with some brands containing more than half our daily sugar recommendation (six teaspoons) from just one 350ml bottle.

By creating a homemade version and swapping sugar with the award-winning Product of the Year, Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener, this recipe has 98 per cent less sugar, with health and taste existing simultaneously.

According to Holly Nash, Accredited Practising Dietitian, the great news is that awareness around reducing added sugar intake is growing with many of us now reading nutritional panels and making healthier homemade versions. But when the homemade ice cream recipe still calls for 1 cup of sugar, it is not necessarily better for you. Cue these popsicles! Made with our no-added-sugar maple syrup, they are an amazingly nutrient-dense, colourful alternative.

When cooking with Lakanto, you are making conscious creations. You’ve made a mindful, conscious choice to support your health and be responsibly sweet.
