Australia is officially out of a recession after the nation’s GDP rose 3.3 per cent in the September quarter, data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics shows. But Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has stressed that there is a “long, hard road ahead” as many households continue to do it tough. ”Technically the recession is over, but the recovery is not,” Mr Frydenberg says.
