2021 Sandalford 1840 Rosé

Floral notes of rose petal, violets and hibiscus overlay aromas of red fruits, hints of spice and bath salts. This wine is dry, textural and flavoursome, and carried by soft acidity leading to a long, sustained finish. Drink while fresh and vibrant.

2020 Vino Volta ‘Pezzonovante’ Grenache

A bright, modern expression of grenache with raspberry and dark cherry fruits, plus a mix of floral and earthy tones along with dried herb. Poised and delicate with fine and long tannins giving the wine shape.

2021 Nikola Estate Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre

Aged in seasoned French oak for six months, this succulent GSM features concentrated bright blue fruit and spice aromas with a palate of raspberry, pepper and maraschino cherries. Soft, fine tannins and great length of flavour.

Sittella Chenin Blanc NV Brut

A lovely delicate mousse in appearance, with pale straw colour followed by aromas of brioche and citrus peel. The palate offers a refreshing acidity with initial layers of fresh fruit and lemon zest, nashi pear, green apples and floral undertones.

2021 Faber Vineyard Verdelho

A flavoursome, mouth-filling dry white wine, with intense just-ripe nectarine, melon skin and lemongrass aromas. Vibrant and sweet-fruited on the palate. Fine, focused acidity, finishing long and soft.
