After toothbrushing, use Tooth Mousse by squeezing a small pea-size amount onto a clean finger. Apply to all teeth and use your tongue to spread around evenly. Leave Tooth Mousse on for a minimum of 3 minutes. Do not spit out. For better results, allow Tooth Mousse to remain in contact with your saliva for an additional 1-2 minutes. Finally, spit out the excess. Avoid rinsing, drinking and eating 30 minutes after application.
