This morn­ing drink is the per­fect blend for your skin

FILLED with apri­cots and car­rots, this drink is rich in the an­tiox­i­dant be­tac­arotene, which the body con­verts into vi­ta­min A– a firm­ing ingredient that’s es­sen­tial for smooth­ing wrin­kles. Also known as retinol, the vi­ta­min can po­ten­tially off­set skin age­ing, as well as da­m­age from en­vi­ron­men­tal fac­tors such as UV rays and pol­lu­tion. The smoothie also con­tains cin­na­mon, which has been re­ported to pro­mote col­la­gen syn­the­sis, which helps skin re­pair it­self.
