Take a deep breath and keep your cool

When you feel yourself boiling on the inside, meditation expert Lara Ann Riggio recommends trying the following simple one-minute meditation to regain your inner calm: Sit cross-legged. Stretch your arms out in front of you, with the backs of your hands facing one another. Then cross one arm over the other so your palms touch, clasp your hands and place them on your lap. Take three to five deep breaths as you think, ‘It’s safe to calm down now’.
