What a great morning it was at the Prevention Positive Ageing Seminar in the elegant surrounds of The

Tea Room, QVB Sydney. More than 180 Prevention readers enjoyed a delicious morning tea, and listened as guest speakers Sandra Sully, Dr Joanna McMillan and Michelle Bridges shared their touching personal stories and inspiring advice on how to help us boost our fitness, health and happiness.

All our guests left with a wonderful goodie bag groaning with free gifts, including fabulous samples from our event sponsors NIVEA and Ocean Spray.
