HELPING HAND

Today I purchased my very first copy of Prevention. I read the entire thing from cover to cover with my cup of green tea by my side. I’m 42 and after raising two beautiful boys have started to focus on my health and wellbeing (which can be taken for granted when raising a busy family). Your magazine gave me a lot of inspiration, advice and knowledge. I can’t believe I used to spend nearly double on ‘fancy’ mags that were nowhere near as relevant to my lifestyle. I really look forward to the next issue.
