1. Kneeling with knees hip-width apart on a mat or pillow, take your bottom back towards your heels so it’s almost touching but not quite. 2. You know how frightened dogs tuck their tails under? Imagine you have a little tail that you are going to tuck under as your bottom lifts slightly off your heels. Feel your tummy gently crunching in. 3. Then take your imaginary tail back to the starting position with a slight arch of your back, opening up your chest.
