ROUTINE

Set the alarm for 15 minutes earlier. You’ll have a few moments of quiet and a less hectic morning. Limit TV to an hour a day. Not only will it free you up for family time or ‘me time’, but research also shows that less TV watching can reduce your risk of premature death. Remember to stretch. Standing up and moving after an hour of sitting is essential for avoiding back, knee and shoulder pain. Roll your shoulders a few times, raise your legs, or do a full-body stretch.
