No more sugary drinks

Today, you’ll start to read ingredient labels like it’s your job. Yes, you know that soft drinks are loaded with sugar, but the sugar in drinks isn’t always so obvious. Some coconut water brands have added sugar, as do bottled iced teas, flavoured waters and many non-dairy milks, like soy and almond milk. Anything that tastes sweet hold off this week. (Same goes for zero calorie soft drinks!)
