Penn State University researcher­s found that adults who began the day by focusing on how stressful the next 24 hours would be, didn’t do as well on memory tests during the day as others. They theorised the early morning stress worsens your working memory – your ability to learn, focus and remember. Going for a walk or doing a short morning meditation could be all you need to make sure your day is a stress-free success!
