3 DIAPHRAGM VACUUM ON KNEES

Sit on heels and lean forward with hands on knees, arms straight.

STEP 1: Take 1 complete breath, then empty lungs and torso of air.

STEP 2: Once empty of air, lean into hands, lower chin, and spread ribs apart so belly is sucked in and up.

STEP 3: Hold 10 to 30 seconds. Repeat 4 more times.
