You'll need

A set of 2kg to 5kg dumbbells (the same weight you chose for Part A); exercise sliders for your feet (also used in Part A); and, for some of these exercises, you’ll also need a sturdy step or bench.

You'll do

The recommende­d number of reps of the first exercise of the Superset. Then do the second exercise without taking a break in between. Constantly moving from one exercise to another cranks up your kilojoule burn. After the 2 Supersets (Part 1, here, and Part 2, overpage), finish with a Metabolism Booster (right).
